I placed an order on December 2nd, and received my first shipping notification that it was accepted in China on December 6th. I then received 3 separate notifications each saying the same thing ("processed through facility Nanjing EMS, China") on the 7th, 10th, and 13th. I have received no updates since then. To my knowledge, it has not left the facility in Nanjing, China, and it has already been 31 days since I placed the order. It's been 27 days since it was accepted, yet it is still not even in the US yet. I would like a legitimate update of its location and status please, since I haven't received any updates for almost 3 weeks. I need glasses to see. thank you.

I ordered two pairs of glasses with a newly done prescription. Even filled in the My Prescription on the website with the eye doctor next to me. She helped me put in the right numbers in the right spaces, this is why i'm sure the prescription here is correct. When the glasses arrived, I actually see worse, more blurred and fuzzy than without them. This is quite the opposite of what I wanted and you offer. What can you do to fix this? Can you ship another that would work properly (and has no glare - these do and i paid a fee for no glare) or please issue a full refund. I am not pleased at all. -Yolanda Brenes
