Could you please confirm with us if you can't see clearly when you wear glasses #C00020 with progressive lens or not ? If so,you are advised to scan your original prescription including the PD that you received from DR,or take photos by Camera or mobile phone, then email us as an attachment for verification before return it.

Still no answers from you. I have tried numerous times. You gave a store credit but when I go to order new glasses it wants me to pay the full amount. No credit shows in the final payment to PayPal or credit card.
